3. Counter‑Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may send us a counter‑notification that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material removed or disabled and the URL where it previously appeared.
A statement—under penalty of perjury—that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to error or misidentification.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or Lubbock County, Texas, if outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original infringement notice or that person’s agent.

If we receive a valid counter‑notification, we may restore the content unless the original complaining party files a court action within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts or contributors who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their content removed permanently and/or their accounts terminated.
